**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
British American Tobacco Spain is looking for a passionate, highly motivated Marketing Activation intern with a positive and can-do attitude, to join our Marketing department, based in Madrid.
**Reports to**:Marketing Manager
**Geographic Scope**:Iberia
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Responsible together with the Line Manager for drive and implement the Activation tools aligned to BAT brand´s strategy at the POS to achieve best in class execution.
- Deliver successful activation of the brands through the different campaigns and touchpoints: Retail activation, Horeca and BTL initiatives.
- Management of the Permanent and non-permanent materials (alignment with brand/trade, implementation, follow up, tracking)
- Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Force to ensure excellence in execution.
- Ensure a Strong and good relation and communication agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence planning process and activation.
- Formulating business presentations that display project status, results and modifications.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**

- Are you familiar with marketing terms?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University Degree in Management, Engineering or Business
- Master Degree in Marketing, MBA or similar.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing positions.
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Analytical skills.
- Capacity for teamwork
- High effective in planning and organization.
- Acknowledged and proven proactivity, and ownership.
- Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills.
- Project Management Skills.
- Ability to multitask and influence others.
- Drive and passion
