At HOFF, we’re getting ready to open the doors of our brand new **Global**F**lagship Store in Velázquez**, and we’re looking to expand our **Sales Associates team,**specifically seeking experienced profiles in premium Sneakers brands.
**Your mission**
As a Sales Associate at HOFF, you’ll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store’s success.
- ** Customer Experience**: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.
- ** Sales Support**: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.
- ** Visual Merchandising**: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards.
- ** Operations**: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.
- ** Team Spirit**: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.

- +2 years of experience in **premium brands, ideally in high-volume & related environments.**:
- A natural flair for customer service and sales.
- High level of spoken **Spanish & English** (other languages will be highly valued).
- Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
- A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
- Valid work permit for Spain is required.
