**About the job**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our affiliation team as a Business Developer Affiliate Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, a rapidly growing and dynamic field. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking an ambitious Business Developer to join our efforts in recruiting new affiliates and strengthening our network**.**

**Your responsibilities**
- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates that align with our company's goals and values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates, providing them with the support needed to succeed within our network.
- Work closely with our marketing team to design and implement recruitment strategies that effectively communicate the value of joining our affiliate network.
- Analyze market trends and affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to set performance targets and strategies for affiliate expansion.
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIS performance using our dashboards
- Validate and send previews for campaign lunch
- Ensure good communication with affiliates to make the partnership a success
- Promote Adkomo's own CPL campaigns to affiliates
- Filter and register new affiliates in the CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, business, or a related field.
- A motivated self-starter with a proven track record in affiliate recruitment or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with affiliates and partners of all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and affiliate performance.
- Creative thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and propose innovative solutions to challenges.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to our company's success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.

Contract type: Internship

Duration: 6 meses

Allowance: 800,00€ gross per month

Work Schedule:
