**Education and qualifications**:
**Required:

- **

Microbiology, Pharmacology, Nanotechnology degree
- Master in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine or Nanotechnology
- PhD in. Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine

**Desired: -**

Communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong background in the field of nanotechnology by a good publication record in iLNPs

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required:

- **

About 2 years postdoctoral experience at the time of incorporation
- Previous experience in iLNPS synthesis
- Interest in learning, able to work independently, critical thinking
- Good computer skills, basic knowledge of bioinformatics, statistical analysis, FlowJo and Fiji programs.
- Teamwork, proactivity (ability to work independently when necessary), and well-organized and responsible person
