Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Postdoctoral Researcher, based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for conducting advanced research, analyzing data, preparing academic publications, and collaborating with team members on multidisciplinary projects. The role involves engaging in innovative research efforts, presenting findings at conferences, and mentoring early-career researchers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in data analysis, research methodologies, and academic writing
  • Experience with project management and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
  • Competency in scientific communication and the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with statistical tools, software packages, or experimental techniques relevant to the research field
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and independent critical thinking
  • Doctoral degree in a relevant field with a proven publication track record
  • Ability to work on-site in the Barcelona area and flexibility to attend conferences or events
  • Experience with grant writing or funding applications is considered a strong plus
