**Energy Business Manager**:

Main Task:
1. Development and Execution of Sales Strategies
- Designing sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This includes setting goals, segmenting markets, and establishing tactics to
achieve the goals.
- Implementing the sales strategies and supervising their progress, ensuring that the team is following the plan and achieving the expected results.
2. Customer Relations and Business Development
- Maintaining relationships with the company's main clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying and capturing new clients, as well as opportunities with existing clients.
- Managing conflicts or issues with clients to ensure the continuity of business relationships.
3. Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Working closely with engineering team to align sales strategies, ensuring coherent and effective communication.
4. Compliance and Ethics
- Ensuring that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical regulations, protecting the company's reputation.
- Fostering ethical behavior in the sales team, ensuring that they act fairly and responsibly in all business interactions.
Skills and competence:
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales positions.
- Advanced English level.
- Valiable experience in energy sector or/and consultancy.
- Strong communications skills
- Team player
- Proactivity
