**The Team**:
Reporting to the Workplace Service Manager, as Facilities Coordinator based in Madrid, you will work closely with various internal stakeholders and collaborate with our global workplace team.
**The Role**:
As Facilities Coordinator you will work closely with the Workplace Service Manager and oversee our facilities in the Madrid office to provide an excellent level of service to our Celonauts, being capable of delivering results on time with the highest quality.
**The work you’ll do**:
- Working closely with the Workplace Services manager on the daily tasks of office maintenance, new hires, visitors, and events.
- Facility cleanliness, a show-ready office appearance, and functionality, including conference rooms and common areas such as lobbies and kitchens.
- Monitoring of office space planning and provisioning of utilization recommendations including end-to-end project management of office relocations, move logistics, expansions, or densifications.
- Ensure supervision of the execution of services or deliveries by third-party suppliers in the office.
- Invoice handling, proposals, and other service provider submittals associated with your location.
- Close relationship with the local building management to ensure fully operational offices at all times.
- Experience in Occupational Risk Prevention plans, being the first point of contact for our Celonauts and external supplier, providing guidance and support in all matters related to health, safety, risk and security.
**The qualifications you need**:
- 5+ years of operations and office management experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment, hotel, or professional services environment with a focus on facility management
- Administrative skills, computer knowledge, and a basic financial understanding.
- Strong time management, organizes workload, and sets priorities.
- Successful communication with other team members and stakeholders, a high level of service orientation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed, and determined.
- Able to autonomously develop and implement solutions, to find cost savings, or to develop creative ideas - according to the respective need.
- Reliable, accurate, and detail-oriented with a proactive and professional Can-Do attitude and neat appearance at all times.
- Charismatic team player with the ability to coordinate themselves.
