This is an exciting opportunity to join the European Strategy and UW Transformation team and play an active role in shaping and supporting the execution of the Continental Europe Strategy and its Growth & Transformation Agenda.

This role will be responsible for working in the development, management and execution of key projects and workstreams in major strategic growth and transformation initiatives across Continental Europe, coordinating cross-functional teams and providing strategic advice to senior management in support of the Head of Strategy and UW Transformation Europe. You can expect to get involved on a wide range of topics: from business case development for geographical and product expansion to technology development, process improvement reviews, industry practices set-up or the development & implementation of the future Operating model & organisational structure across Europe.

Your new role
- Plan, manage and deliver initiatives aligned to the Continental Europe strategic Growth & Transformation Agenda
- Collaborate to find solutions for complex business problems and define the plans of action to solve them
- Conduct workshops, key pieces of analysis and extract key insights
- Independently manage strategic/transformation type of programs/projects and initiatives
- Lead teams of functional and business experts as well as consultants to drive success across work streams
- Influence and support key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
- Inject strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces
- Manage stakeholders up to Executive Team
- Maintain people engagement with inspirational leadership, pace & energy
