**Mission**:

- A DevOps Cloud Engineer is a technical role who implements the systems and engineering platform needed to deliver software, including CI/CD systems, source control, artifact repositories, deployment environments. They design and build pipelines appropriate to deliver the systems being delivered, ensuring fast feedback, addressing risk management, security, and governance requirements.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on implementation for the engineering platform evolution for development teams.
- Evaluate and drive improvements to existing infrastructure and platforms.
- Implement and inform a technical roadmap and impactful solution that will support development teams, providing guidance and tools such as source control, CI, CD and others.
- Help shape and build cloud and infrastructure practice through collaboration with other development teams.
- Monitor and ensure that technical expectations of deliverables are consistently met on projects.
- Act as a thought leader on DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure & platform engineering
- Adjust and suggest innovative solutions to current constraints and business

**Skills**:

- DevOps philosophy, Agile methods, Infrastructure as Code and GitOps to work and lead infrastructure and operations with these approaches.
- IaaS and PaaS cloud, Infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management tools.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools with different tech stacks like Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Collaboration and communication skills to work with different teams in other areas.
- Application architecture, software design and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Soft skills: Leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing and organizational skills.
- Desirable: high level English and Spanish.
