We are seeking a skilled Regional DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join our team in Madrid.Your next challengeThe Regional DevOps / Cloud Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining cloud infrastructures in the Europe Region, implementing cloud resources in Sodexo environments with support from the Cloud Regional Partner and internal cloud engineers. You will ensure all teams follow Sodexo’s cloud standards, focusing on continuous automation through CI/CD best practices. You will implement cloud enablers with a focus on Security, FinOps, and continuous documentation, aligned with TOM best practices, tools, and workflows.This position will work closely with development teams across countries, acting as a technical reference for DevOps or Cloud Engineering teams involved in cloud solution enablement, providing technical guidance on configurations within Sodexo’s components portfolio.As part of the Foundations & Platforms team and reporting to the EU Regional Infrastructure and Platforms Manager, your focus will be on:Infrastructure / Architecture review: providing guidance on cloud components, configurations, and integrations for quick automation without sacrificing quality, stability, or productivity using CI/CD.ResponsibilitiesThe EU Regional DevOps / Cloud Engineer will manage and support local infrastructure and development teams by:Guiding and supporting in migrating local infrastructure and solutions to the cloud across EU countries.Ensuring the implementation of standard IT frameworks and tools around cloud infrastructures as defined by the Foundations & Platforms centre.Engaging local DevOps teams in regional infrastructure activities with the Platforms and Foundations Centre and cloud partners.Supporting the implementation of the Target Operational Model focused on Infrastructure and Platforms.Driving adoption of standard processes and tools, promoting high automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Assisting countries with technical enablement for the Move to Azure roadmap.Ensuring knowledge management and standardization follow the new TOM aligned with ITIL processes.Supporting development teams on CI/CD workflows and monitoring performance KPIs.Promoting secure development practices across the region.You're a match if you haveMinimum 4 years’ experience managing IT infrastructures with cloud platforms in an international environment, with CI/CD automation and FinOps experience being valuable.At least 5 years’ experience in DevOps.Hands-on experience with Azure Services, Active Directory, Azure DevOps.Knowledge of networking (IP, switching, security).Experience with Azure Cloud infrastructures, Active Directory, and basic DevOps skills.Valuable experience in Cloud FinOps.Project management skills are a plus.Strong IT knowledge with the ability to adopt new technologies.Knowledge of ITIL methodology.Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, NewRelic, Nagios.Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
