- You have established sound and open relationships with technical stakeholders, and other Product Owners in the team
- Establishing yourself as the key touchpoint between Product and Technology.
- You are able to identify and understand business, operational or customer challenges, as well as their impacts to internal and external processes
- Ensured that the SCRUM teams has sufficient workload and are working on the right priorities - avoiding scope creep and building towards the definition of done.
- Planning of product release plans and roadmaps together with the Business Owner, as well as ensure release notes are distributed.
- Analysis and documentation of initiatives and builds, creation and maintenance of user guides, workflows, or other product documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead these improvement efforts with other departments to resolve process issues.
- Testing, validation and quality assurance of written requirements and user stories
**You possess**
- Strong technical acumen and is driven by creating business value
- A structured and analytical mind
- Great communication abilities both in Norwegian and English
- Ability to understand business requirements and being able to convert these to technical user stories
- Knowledge of product process and agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
