**OVERVIEW**:
OptimaMGS is a brand of Sportradar's world-leading sports betting portfolio. We work with worldwide leading operators, such as Unibet, Mondobets, Betfred, Norsk Tipping, Efbet, Mclean's Bookmakers and the UK Bookmakers Technology Consortium including Chisholm Bookmakers, JenningsBet, Corbettsport and many others. Our robust, scalable, powerful and feature-rich sports betting platform ensures that OptimaMGS is at the forefront of the gaming industry.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with an excellent knowledge of sports betting products from both an end user and operator perspective, including:

- Third party content feeds
- Third party integrations
- Front end display and functionality
- Bet acceptance and settlement processes.
- Regional product differentiations.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Working closely with senior management to ensure that the company develops products that fit with its strategic goals.
- Working collaboratively to produce and manage the development plan and ensuring that there is always a suitably prioritized backlog of user stories ready for implementation.
- Compile and own a roadmap that’s aligned with the overall sportsbook product one.
- Being the ambassador and the primary point of contact for any queries relating to the product.
- Suggesting quality ideas to improve the overall product offering.
- Breaking down requirements into epics/features/user stories that guide the Agile development team.
- Produce detailed and clear high quality user specifications which can be easily understood by the development teams.
- Understand the business value behind feature requests and be able to prioritise them in the product backlog.
- Help solve product related problems and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem solving and trade off analysis when necessary.
- Working with the development team and monitoring the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.
- Taking part in demos of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.
- Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behaviour and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market leading products.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You will take responsibility for the delivered products that you own.
- You should have a fundamental understanding of the customer experience of using sportsbetting products.
- You should be familiar with the regional differences of sportsbetting products.
- Having experience of both retail and online sportsbetting products is an advantage.
- You will have a collaborative attitude with all stakeholders during the visioning and scoping of projects.
- You need to be a creative and strategic thinker with problem solving skills
- You must have attention to detail in product design.
- You will have a good understanding of the development process and product development lifecycle and have experience of Agile methodologies.
- You will require good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work across different teams to deliver a common goal
- You will have experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product.
- You will have experience in defining road maps and prioritizing project backlogs.
- You will have good presentation and leadership skills
- You will have a basic understanding of the technologies used in product development.
