As a junior **People Operations Manager or Coordinator,** you'll be joining our global **People Operations Team** in support to maintain a culture of positive employee relations where all managers and employees are engaged in the success of the business. Cross regional collaboration should come naturally to you and will be vital to your success in delivering on several people operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring people's operations, policies, processes, and local regulations are adhered to consistently. In addition to this, you will work closely with stakeholders across the company to deliver effective people strategies that drive business results.

**Your future at Tilting Point**
- Support Tilting Point by providing excellent People experience for all Tilting Pointers aligned with our global standards.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities to add value to Tilting Point and to strengthen the relationship between People Operations and our employees.
- Support in developing and maintaining People related policies, procedures, guidelines, projects and metrics ensuring efficiency and compliance across all Tilting Point.
- Ensure cultural consistency across workflows, initiatives and processes, as well as within the employee experience.
- Support the local Workplace Team for on awesome Employee Experience assisting on cultural events and activities associated tasks.
- Champion the Employee Onboarding experience by managing and maintaining onboarding lifecycle including but not limited to: onboarding assets and materials, coordination, experience, feedback
- Assist local People Operations in managing and maintaining all payroll actions, including compensation and benefits management.
- Collaborate on the management and maintenance of the internal HRIS system and intranet (Hibob).
- Collaborate in the management and execution of the annual performance review and compensation cycle and processes.
- Actively participate in the management of retention efforts within the company.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation requirements such as: Occupational Health and Safety, Remote Work, and other key compliance matters.
- Drive change and improvements to our wellness, DE&I efforts, collaborate with the global team on L&D.
- Support the People Operations function across all Tilting Point.

This position reports to Barcelona's **Senior People Operations Manager** and works closely with **People Ops**, **Talent** and **Leadership** functions.

**Skills and requirements**
- You have 1/2 or more years of relevant experience as a **Generalist** of People Operations, HR or Employee Relations in **Gaming** or **Startup Tech** environments.
- You have knowledge of **Spain's employment laws**, regulations, and requirements. Other countries' a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills (in English, Spanish and Catalan).
- You are hands-on and possess excellent prioritization skills and **Project Managemen**t know-how: to lead a full process of initiatives and project development from concept, to execution and deployment.
- You're tech savvy in regards **digital workspaces**, online tools and resources necessary for a global, online and distributed community.
- You are proactive, self-driven, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- You are innovative, highly creative, problem-solving and constantly looking for ways to improve our global People experience aligned with our core values.
- You have a positive attitude, ideas given and are a team player.
- You are open, emphatic and feedback minded (receiving and giving), and people, and detail oriented.

**Location**

This position requires to be geographically based in our **Barcelona office** area with a 100% hybrid format available**.**
