**OBJECTIVE**:
Support the Finance Department by performing a variety of basic finance tasks. Duties include supplier management and basic financial analysis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supplier management:

- Posting invoices and payment Administration.
- Accounts Payable (AP) Statement monthly review.
- Delivery Notes pending invoicing monthly review.
- SII checks monthly reviews.
- Company Card and expenses settlement administration.
- Tracking and reconciling bank statements and tax Preparation.
- Participate in the annual Audit (preliminary and final phases) providing documentation and reconciling supplier statements in case of discrepancy.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- CFGM or CFGS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role.

**OTHER SKILLS**:

- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to independently prioritize work, and appropriate attention to detail.
- Verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central.
- Confidentiality.
