**Accountant & Administration Manager**

**Posizione**:

- The selected person will mainly handle administrative and financial tasks and will also support the sales team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Daily data entryin respect of Accounts Receivables, Payables, General ledger, Receipts, Payments, etc
- Support in drawing up a drafted version of the Statutory Accounts in respect of the annual closure within the deadlines set by the Headquarter
- In charge of comprehensive compliance withtax obligations inrespect of monthly and annual returns to be lodged and outpayments to tax Authorities
- Cooperate with auditors in determining the annual taxable income, fulfilling their requests in terms of documentation to be produced, reconciliations to prepare and adjustments to be posted
- Support the sales team and the back office
- Pro active collaboration with the Headquarter in respect of the preparation of monthly reporting package for management purposes
- Knowledge of Bank reconciliations and Intercompany reconciliation principles
- Preparation of the annual budgeting as per Group standards setby HQ
- Familiar with the preparation of a monthy reporting package for Consolidation purposes to HQ complying with the standards and deadlines set by the parent Company (not essential)

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- Solid background on local accounting principles, and in charge of posting accounting entries into these areas: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Accounting and payroll, cost accounting adjustments in respect of the preparation of monthly management Reporting
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel and ERPs (better if SAP)
