**Job Description Summary**: Functional management responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer project management. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new partners - EPCs & contractors globally, to bring them into GPS partner network for Turnkey projects
- Working closely with sales, commercial, finance, legal, and OTR teams coordinate the partner qualification based on their specialty and capability
- Engage with sales team early in deal development to help identify best partners in the region/country of the project and work as a team to select strategic partner(s) to develop the project in TKP or TKSI model
- Have a ITR mindset to ensure the partnering strategy for the Turnkey deals is competitive and results in a winning bid
- Lead the development of tools related to GPS partner network and own the management of the necessary data working with Sales and OTR teams
- Maintain TK readiness regional map
- Develop a regional 12 month look ahead
- Set cost targets for different functional teams based on PCE analysis
- Work closely with TTM to help implement bidding strategy and achieve cost targets
- Engage OTR, Sales, and other functions to resolve and drive implementation of proposal strategy
- Work with TTM to prepare and co-represent EPC CoE at the PRB and other business reviews

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the gas power generation industry
- Good English both written and spoken skills
