Buscamos para una compañía internacional de seguros dentro del equipo de UW y Pricing de SME, un/a UW Management Lead. Buscamos una persona con experiência en la suscripción de riesgos en diferentes líneas de negocio de Property & Casualty y con ganas de innovar y transformar los procesos de Suscripción.

Tu día a día consistirá en:

- Diseño, elaboración, implantación y mantenimiento de la Política Técnica, apetito de riesgo y condicionados de las diferentes líneas de negocio.
- Gobierno de los procesos de suscripción y garantizar su cumplimiento.
- Gestión de níveles de competencias de los equipos de suscripción de Pymes.
- Suscripción de riesgos especiales y asesoramiento a los equipos de Suscripción y de Mercado.
- Realizar ejercicios de auditoría de los procesos de suscripción para la mejora continua.
- Evaluación y seguimiento de las diferentes iniciativas de Suscripción.
- Anticiparse a las tendencias y necesidades para formular recomendaciones y propuesta de acciones.
- Estrecha colaboración y comunicación con los equipos de Suscripción y de Mercado.
- Estrecha colaboración y comunicación con diferentes departamentos de la organización a nível local e internacional.
- Formación a otras áreas en todos los temas relativos a las políticas de suscripción de Pymes.

**Requisitos**:

- Imprescindible experiência previa en el sector asegurador de al menos 3 años trabajando en un rol similar.
- Fuerte capacidad de gestión de Stakeholders para la consecución de los objetivos.
- Persona proactiva, creativa y con autonomía en la toma de decisiones.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad de comunicación y para el trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad de planificación y con responsabilidad sobre procesos completos.
- Licenciado/a en Ingeniería, Económicas, Ciencias Actuariales o similar.
- Nível alto hablado y escrito de Inglés y Español.
