**Your mission**:
**Responsibilities**

1. Purchase Order for service parnter
- After service delivery request approved by related responsible person, create a purchase order in the system upon the quotation, which includes the necessary information (provided by the requester): work scope, price, currency, service partner company legal name, VAT, payment terms etc;
- Provide the purchase order to the requester.

2. Service Partner Expense Claim Management
- Communicate with the requester in case some required documents are not provided, or to clarify the key information with them;

**Your profile**:
**Qualifications**:

- Need to be careful, patient, and responsible to do daily operational paper work. Professional background is not limited;
- Be able to use english fluently as working language.
