Finance Assistant

**Your mission**:

- Tracking and reconciling bank statements
- Process payments.
- Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Process invoices and follow up suppliers and partners as needed.
- Participate in audits.
- Support the Finance Manager with admin processes with HQ office.
- Support all financial cycle of accounting processes.
- Other administrative tasks.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Spanish, English, knowledge of Chinese is a nice trait to have, but not a must.
- Knowledge or work experience as Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role in Administration.
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as SAP FICO
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
- Organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
