This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality, cost and time objectives for the components and raw materials defined in the Projects Target, as a representative of the procurement function in the Project team.

**Main Duties and Responsabilities**:

- To attend the project developments through the suppliers’ implication and in interaction with the different procurement functions.
- To track, monitor and challenge project material costs under his/her responsibility
- To participate in the action plans in order to fulfil the cost objectives, developing actions within the procurement teams (including suppliers).
- To inform the Procurement team (including the supplier) of the modifications made in the pieces.To carry out the monitoring of the components prototypes, from the sourcing until the validation.
- Ensure that the procedures of supplier selection are completed and notify the project team of the chosen supplier.
- To continue with the components production and raw material from the sourcing stage until the homologation is transferred to the plant.
- To participate in the project Technical Review team.
- To carry out the monitoring of the Silence Development process.
- To develop and track suppliers’ development Index reporting for supplier participating in new projects.
- To negotiations with the panel suppliers for the project objectives fulfilment.
- To manage and solve the suppliers-project problems that may arise in a responsibility field.
- To develop the Procurement orders at project stage.To implement technical ideas of savings to suppliers.
- To search for new suppliers who are in accordance with the Suppliers Optimum Panel necessities and project requirements.
- To initiate and lead the processes of global sourcing to assure the fulfilment of the objectives of quality, price, time limit, service and technical backup.

**Person profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Specialized in Procurement; project management. Experience in the automotive or motorcycle sector is valued.
- Profiency in English and Chinese.
