Buscamos a una persona proactiva y analítica, con una sólida base técnica, que quiera asumir el reto de gestionar gran volumen de información con el objetivo de mejorar los sistemas de reporting ESG y dar soporte en los procesos de toma de decisiones.

**Las responsabilidades**:

- Liderar el proceso de reporting de ESG asegurando el cumplimento normativo y de estándares de referencia a la vez que se cumple con los distintos plazos de entregas.
- Coordinar equipos transversales con áreas como IT, HR, Finanzas y Compras para desarrollar y ejecutar la implementación de cumplimiento de los requisitos de informes de ESG, incluyendo los de divulgación acorde, CSRD y la taxonomía de la UE.
- Desarrollar políticas y procedimientos internos para la estandarización y mejora de la calidad de los datos globales ESG.
- Actualización y adecuación normativa en materia de reporting global ESG.
- Impulsar iniciativas para obtener una mejora en las respuestas a partes interesadas y ratings de sostenibilidad.
- Diseñar e implementar sistemas de reporting y cuadros de mando de Sostenibilidad, RSC y definición de KPIs.
- Gestionar proyectos relevantes del ámbito de sostenibilidad con diferentes unidades del negocio.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ciencia de datos, Industriales o similar.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en gestión, análisis y entrega de datos.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de manejo de datos.
- Amplio conocimiento de Excel.
- Inglés / Español alto.

**Valoraremos:
- Formación en aspectos de medio ambiente, RSC o Sostenibilidad.
- Experiência con ERP y softwares relacionados con Business Intelligence /Analytics.
- Project Management.
