However, being part of the solution comes with great responsibility: to drive change toward a more sustainable world.The RoleWe are looking for an ESG Specialist who will report directly to the ESG Global Manager . Your mission will be to transform the company’s social and environmental commitments into robust internal processes and measurable results on an international scale. You will play a key role in ensuring that their positive footprint as a B Corp continues to grow in a structured and data-driven manner.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead and analyze assigned ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy.Process Optimization: Revisit, structure, and improve internal ESG processes to drive efficiency and transparency.International Support: Act as a key partner in the international implementation of ESG initiatives across different markets.Data Governance & Compliance: Support data governance, ESG certifications, and recertification processes, ensuring all requirements are met with high accuracy.Cross-functional Liaison: Collaborate with teams across various departments and countries to follow up on agreed actions and ensure global cohesion.How can you fit into this opportunity?Education: University degree.Experience: Solid experience in a similar role. We value candidates coming from strategic consulting firms or from in-house ESG/Sustainability departments in multinational environments.Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.IT: Proficient in office tools (especially in Excel and Power Point).Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, ability to structure complex information, and strong interpersonal skills to influence international stakeholders.Our CommitmentWe value the unique talents and perspectives you bring.
