Customer Operations Manager

As they pivot towards becoming a leading player in the tech-driven customer service landscape, they're seeking an **ambitious and **tech-savvy Customer Operations Manager **to help spearhead this transformative journey.
You'll work directly with our founding team, clients, and various stakeholders, making a meaningful impact on our business from day one. You'll also be a part of their exciting transformation journey, directly influencing how they shape their services to redefine the customer service industry. **Responsibilities**:
- Manage a large team of customer service representatives and ensure they provide top-tier service to our clients, both through traditional channels and AI-enabled tools.
- Oversee the implementation, adoption, and operation of customer service tech tools for multiple clients.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot problems, and consistently improve the customer experience.
- Identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in hiring, training, and development of customer service teams to maintain the highest service quality.
- 3+ years of experience in a tech-focused customer service or operations role
- Experience in managing teams (directly or indirectly)
- Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of AI or automation tools in customer service is an advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions quickly.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
