- Description & RequirementsInfor is seeking a BDR Operations Manager, Associate, Barcelona to work in a role of project manager and data analyst to support our Business Development team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the BDR readiness activities for campaign execution.
- Refine Manager, Super User, and BDR enablement. Be a key contributor to our coaching culture and our focus on Rep empowerment and effectiveness.
- Business Development success plan ownership with the vendor and all Infor stakeholders.
- Representative for business development in cross departmental conversations surrounding outreach.
- Co-ordinate BDR readiness activities for global marketing campaigns.
- Provide connection between marketing campaign team and marketing enablement.
- All core marketing campaigns have optimal sequence performance.
- Insight and analysis provided to BDR leadership.
- Able to pull data and think strategically about the data.
- Ensures individual projects are carried out on time, for agreed upon scope.
- Communicate with stakeholders and project team members to ensure alignment around goals, deliverables, timelines.

Basic skills:

- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
- Communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Credibility, professionalism, and decisiveness to drive corporate initiatives and programs.
- Presentation and written communication skills for exec team audience.

Preferred skills:

- Experience in a Business Development position.
- Experience in managing project deliverables.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices.
