We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst to join our growing team and make a direct impact across multiple business functions, including sales, operations, project management, and CRM pipeline optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a fast-growing InsurTech company at the forefront of digital transformation in insurance.
- Sales & Operations Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Analyze customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and other critical business metrics.
- Analytics / Data Management: Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision making. Manage and optimize CRM pipeline processes to enhance lead conversion and customer retention. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for sales and marketing performance tracking.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Execute and analyze social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience: 5-6 years of professional experience in marketing analysis, business analysis, or related field
- Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
- Social Media: Demonstrated interest and experience in social media marketing
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

**Location and Compensation**:

- Remote Work: Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe
- Start Date: October 2025
- Employment Type: Full-time position
- We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, a high bonus commission structure, and the possibility of equity participation.

Pay: 25.00€ - 35.00€ per hour
