**Outbound Sales (Sector Automoción)**
**Descripción del Puesto**:
Como Especialista en Ventas Outbound en Dealcar, podrás unirte a una startup tecnológica del sector automotriz. _Tu principal responsabilidad será identificar y conectar con potenciales clientes, concesionarios y profesionales del sector automotriz para promover nuestras soluciones de digitalización y transaccionalidad._
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar llamadas salientes (outbound) a clientes potenciales en el sector automotriz.
- Presentar las soluciones y servicios de Dealcar de manera efectiva y persuasiva.
- Identificar y cualificar oportunidades de venta, comprendiendo las necesidades y objetivos de los clientes.
- Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones y seguimientos en el CRM.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas y otros departamentos para lograr los objetivos comerciales.
**Requisitos**:
- Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y persuasiva por teléfono y en persona.
- Orientación hacia los resultados y la consecución de metas de ventas. Mente de triunfador
- Familiaridad con herramientas de comunicación y CRM como _Pipedrive, Aircall_. etc
- Motivación para trabajar en una startup tecnológica en crecimiento.
- Disposición para ganar un salario base más comisiones por ventas exitosas.
- Poseer un carnet de conducir válido para coche/moto
