Este equipo provee de servicios de soporte, administración, mantenimiento y evolución de los sistemas de comunicaciones y seguridad de los servicios de red corporativa a nível de EMEA, y se responsabilizará de:

- La monitorizaciones activa de los equipos, sistemas y servicios de red, seguridad y telefonía ip.
- La administración y gestión de la configuración y evolución de los equipos y sistemas que soportan los servicios de red, seguridad y telefonía ip.
- El soporte a usuarios y la resolución de incidencias en los servicios de red, seguridad y telefonía ip.
- La resolución de incidencias técnicas y el reporte de su evolución y resolución a mandos intermedios.

**¿Qué tareas debe realizar?**
- Atención de peticiones de cambio sobre los servicios de red, seguridad y telefonía ip corporativos.
- Atención a la resolución de incidencias que impactan sobre los servicios de red, seguridad y telefonía ip.
- Despliegue de configuraciones y nuevos entornos evolutivos que provean de mayor capacidad a los servicios de red, seguridad y telefonía ip

Entorno multinacional|Carrera profesional

Experiência en la administración y resolución de incidentes sobre tecnología Cisco/Cisco Meraki. Se valorará de manera adicional demostrar conocimiento en las siguientes plataformas o tecnologías**:Seguridad técnica**
- Firewalling, principalmente con el proveedor Fortinet (Fortigate) pero también deseable Cisco, Juniper o Checkpoint
- AAA (Authentication, Accounting & Authorizacion) Sistemas RADIUS, NAC (de cualquier fabricante) o directamente experiência con ISE de Cisco.
- Servicios de balanceo de aplicaciones y optimización de tráfico.
- Gestión de eventos y logs de los sistemas de seguridad de red desplegados.
- Experiência en el troubleshooting avanzado de incidencias de red con el uso de herramientas de análisis,
- correlación y simulación dentro de entorno de comunicaciones productivos.
- Se valorará altamente demostrar conocimiento en entornos Azure (Azure Networking) así como experiência en MS Teams VoIP Technology

**Conocimiento y experiência en el trabajo en Centros de Servicios de Operaciones aplicando metodología o**
**estándares internacionales (ITIL).**
- Gestión de incidencias
- Gestión de problemas
- Gestión del cambio
- Gestión de la configuración
- Mas de 5 años como Administrador en un Centro de Operaciones de Red (NOC) trabajando con las tecnologías y plataformas indicadas.
- Inglés B2 o superior
