**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Mission and responsibilities**:
Within GRC & IT Cont r ol you will be responsible for:

- Implement, assess and maintain IT Control Framework, together with IT Policies alignment and implementation.
- Definition and maintenance of our KRI set. Implementation, c alculation and periodic reporting of this KRIs to proper committees.
- Perform Risk Assessments (third parties, internal projects,... ).
- Oversight and assess the risk appetite and position of Openbank.
- Internal and external audit management and implementation/oversight of recommendations.
- Governance of IT regulatory map and policies. Alignment, implementation and testing of IT and Cyber Policies.
- Periodic reports of relevant IT topics to executive committees.
- Implementation and oversight of regulatory and compliance needs originating from international expansion.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent work experience.
- + 3 years of relevant experience in IT GRC related roles.
- Ability to remove barriers and enable multinational teams to complete their goals.
- Influencing skills and strong ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, being able to express ideas and requirements to stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.

**Ideally would also have**:

- Experience with cloud-based environments and architectures.
- Knowledge of international regulation and standards (NIST, SOX, PCI, ISO ,...).
- Experience reporting to Executive level and managing committees.
