What you’ll do:
You will:
- Collaborate with business leaders on business requirements
- Manage and communicate project status in order to maintain accurate and current project information for the use of stakeholders.
- Establish clear expectations with project leadership, project team members and project stakeholders.
- Manage inter-dependencies and coordination to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are established and monitored.
- Effectively mobilize and manage project resources (manpower, equipment & material)
- Allocate and assign project work assignments to resources
- Effectively manage 3rd Party consultants
- Coordinate resources and tasks between project task owners in various locations around the world
- Manage project changes in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
- Foster accountability of cross-functional team leads to resolve project issues and ensure project success.
- Conduct project post-mortems for the continuous improvement of project management practices.
- This position is based in our Pamplona, Spain office
- Other duties as assigned.
The qualifications you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience project managing at least 2 full lifecycle SAP projects
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- 10+ years of experience leading and overseeing IT projects or deliverable lifecycles.
- Strong ability to work with others in order to achieve a common goal, resolve conflicts and manage cross-functional and external relationships; demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence without authority.
- Strong ability to contribute to a positive work environment and install a 'sense of urgency' and motivation in others.
- Expert interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective written and oral presentations
- Expert problem-solving skills in project management, vendor management, and providing deliverables
- Expert analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, and the ability to achieve results through others
- Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations
- Ability to work in a fast paced, smaller company environment
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
