Join our team as an **IAM Manager** ESP-Mataró (Barcelona) Take advantage of your new scope of action in the **Identity and Access Management Area** at HARTMANN. **Responsibilities** As an IAM Manger you will be accountable for: - The development of best-in-class identity management in an IT multinational team environment. - Demonstrating a "hands-on" approach as the Technical Expert in the execution of Identity management and support process compliance activities - Being a contact point between the business teams and global IT organization to secure the technical implementation of business requirements about IAM - Being the contact point with the different teams on the IT organization (focus on SAP and Digital teams) - Identifying ways to optimize available resources, speed up development and implement identity management - Developing of best in class identity management in an IT multinational team environment. **What do we look for?** - Preferably ICT studies - Experience in Project Management (security and identity) and Supplier management is a plus - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, management of global IAM projects - Management of an IT team which provides IT services in an international or complex organization - Experience in identity management in different solutions (SAP; SuccessFactors; Salesforce ) - Experience with project management tools like Confluence.
