**Résumé du poste et des responsabilités / Position Summary and Responsibilities**:
**Industrialization activities**
- Following up on the development plan of new product introductions, together with the department director and other areas to deliver products on time, cost and quality, based on the plan and specifications agreed with business team units.
- Support production department on the procedures needed for the product manufacturing during sampling and ramp up phases.
- Support development of raw material and industrialization of test means
- Responsible for discussions with subcontractors about quality and planning issues during industrialization phase
- Define and pilot JECED/AECQ100 qualifications to ensure the reliability of our products
- Proactively support industrialization director to achieve on time delivery against manufacturing plan
- Lead RMA investigations with customers
**Test development activities**
- Implement and deploy fully functional wafer level and package level automatic test for CMOS image sensors following the test procedures agreed during industrialization phase.
- Ensure test procedures are strictly and efficiently adhered to and that all documentation is fully completed, accurately supports test results.
- Define and implement tests based on the product specification and desired test coverage
- Actively support test time reduction, bin definition and yield studies based on continuous improvement principles
- Supporting external vendors with hardware and software test design, along with bring-up and site transfer.
- Both Produce & Review Test specifications and provide feedback into Design for future devices.
**Exigences d'emploi / Qualifications**:
- Telecommunication or Industrial (Specialist in Robotics, Automatic or Electronic) engineer.
- Recent graduate or 3 years of experience in one of the related fields
- Desirable experience with image manipulation and signal processing. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer classifications and testing is a plus.
- Relevant experience in electronic testing and validation; experience using laboratory equipment (power supplies, signal generator, SMU, oscilloscope, logic analyzer,thermal test equipment, GPIB, etc.).
- Ability to obtain and present conclusions based on statistical data.
- Ability to lead activities in an independent manner with soft directions.
- Familiar with Matlab and Office (high level of Excel). Python and LabView/TestStand will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) in a team environment; french will be an asset
