**The role**

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between IS/IT Corporate, IBS and Zone stakeholders, and regional IS/IT teams. Your insights will be instrumental in identifying business challenges and opportunities, guiding the selection of effective IT solutions, and ensuring value delivery throughout the product lifecycle..

**What you’ll do**
- Shape the development of go-to-market strategies, product vision, and execution, ensuring that we deliver value and encourage user adoption.
- Foster continuous improvement of product strategies in partnership with Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs).
- Inspire and support cross-functional teams, nurturing an environment of collaboration to deliver solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Advocate for innovation, agile practices, and a supportive culture within the organization.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of O2C business processes and their integration across various domains.
- Solid foundation in system engineering, information security, and architecture standards.

**Bonus Points If You bring**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerApps, and related tools (a plus).
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a plus).
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and design thinking methodologies.
