**Tu nuevo puesto**
Actualmente se encuentran en búsqueda de un perfil de Customer Service Engineer de Instalaciones Críticas para que sea el responsable de la forma más eficaz y eficiente de las reparaciones e incidencias de todos los clientes tanto nacionales como internacionales.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con la gestión de instalaciones, seguridad, transición de servicios y prestación de los mismos.
Las funciones principales que llevarás a cabo son:
- Brindar soporte técnico de servicio al cliente
- Ejecución de actividades de migración (Etiquetado, Instalación, Documentación y pruebas)
- Serás el propietario de actividades de soporte de primera línea, es decir proporcionar disponibilidad y cuando sea necesario, administrar y/o ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento simples bajo pedido,
- Informar a los clientes y a la CECA sobre el progreso de las intervenciones y la entrega de cualquier servicio de valor agregado, da seguimiento a las solicitudes y preguntas de terminación del cliente.
**Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto***
- Experiência mínima de 4 años trabajando en infraestructuras críticas
- Nível medio/alto de inglés. Se realizará prueba de nível.
- Experiência en instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas
- Certificado CCNA
