**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fairs & Events/Meeting Planner to assist in the development and execution of medical education programs and marketing events for the Iberia region. This role will involve:

- Assist in the development and implementation of medical education programs and marketing events for the Iberia region, including conferences, workshops, training sessions, and serving as the logistics point of contact for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Plan, organize, and execute event logistics, including travel arrangements, hotels, catering, and event locations, ensuring all logistics are smoothly coordinated.
- Provide support in the creation and design of event booths, assist in managing shipments and deliveries for events, ensure all materials are received and distributed as needed, and liaise with event agencies to manage event details.
- Manage field services, ensuring all event equipment and technologies are functioning properly.
- Oversee marketing inventory management, including storage, logistics, and distribution of materials.

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

- 2-5 years’ experience in event planning, marketing, or project management, preferably in the healthcare or medical education sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external health care professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with budget management and financial tracking.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Knowledge of technical services and audiovisual equipment for events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning software.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Portuguese is a plus

**Work location**:
