As a Meeting planner, you liaise with clients and lead the organization and management of corporate meetings and events through the implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives and execution of logistics. For more information about CWT Meetings & Events, please visit As a Meeting Planner, you will: Be responsible for all project budgets from start to finish Quote RFPs in the entire national territory Operate/coordinate/assist with all kinds of proposals, group events, Congresses and Meetings and Site Inspections throughout Spain Build effective working relationships and maintain regular communication with key individuals from all areas of the business, including emailing to potential clients Continually build relationships with preferred suppliers Maximize client revenue through up selling and promotion of the company's services. To be continually aware of the departmental targets and client income Be Available to travel within the national territory You have Fluent English and Spanish (additional language is appreciated) 5 years minimum experience in Incoming Tourism (MICE)   Knowledge of the "top" destinies in Spain Superior attention to detail and first class organizational skills Strong negotiation skills
