**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure physical and virtual environments are maintained and available while monitoring our infrastructure’s capacity and performance
- Develop, design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure AD and M365 based services with Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Azure Information Protection, Endpoint, etc.)
- Assist DevOps team with designing, deploying, and maintaining our data pipeline infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Identifying and implementing initiatives that improve or optimize existing infrastructure environments and/or processes regarding security, stability, and sustainability
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining and producing accurate and detailed documentation
- Manage and coordinate support incidents with external vendors
- Maintain Primary and Disaster Recovery sites, creation, implementation, and supervision of DR Plan, DR test scripts, and DR Data integrity

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience as a Network Administrator or System Admin
- Strong Active Directory & Azure AD engineering & management background with knowledge in the domain of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS Microsoft cloud services
- SME in Office 365 administration(E5), migration, and feature set
- Knowledge of networking technologies (OSI, Ethernet, IP Networks, VPN/LAN/WAN and firewalls) and Experience in managing DNS, DHCP
- Experience managing VDI environments (Azure Virtual Desktop (WVD) preferred)
- Experience in system administration supporting windows systems, ideally including automated OS installation, software compilation, package management, machine provisioning and lifecycle management, and diagnostic and performance troubleshooting/profiling
- Familiar with scripting languages (PowerShell, bash)
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work
- High standard of integrity and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
**Related experience (not required)**:

- Experience with maintaining configuration management tools
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, cloud formation, etc.)
- Linux server hardening and performance tuning
- Experience and knowledge of cloud environment
