**Vendor Relations Manager - Senior**
Poland-remote, Hungary

**About The Role**:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Vendor Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a strong digital community.

As part of your success package, you are a genuine team player and a master in building long-term partnerships.

Your work at RWS will be to identify, screen and onboard translators and other freelancers around the world and maintain an engaged relationship with them.
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a business partner to our internal teams who are responsible for the delivery of linguistic services to our clients.
- Identify, attract and onboard suitable resources.
- Negotiate competitive prices with resources to establish a fruitful collaboration.
- Maintain good relationships with the community, while negotiating competitive prices for different types of projects/tasks.
- Follow designed processes and strategies to engage with the community to achieve business goals and integrate all activities within the company strategy.
- Monitor, analyze and report on achievements and progress.
- Identify potential improvements in processes, supplier solutions and communication strategies.
- Maintain internal information systems to make sure all resource-related information is up-to-date at all times.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor/community management, or similar, ideally in an international environment.
- Localization background is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability of building relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient intercultural communication skills.
- The process-oriented and improvement-focused mindset with 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
