Actualmente estamos en una fase de crecimiento importante y estamos en la búsqueda de un/a** IT Business Continuity** para nuestras oficinas en Barcelona.

Reportando al IT Operations Manager, el objetivo principal del rol será garantizar la continuidad operativa del negocio; establecer prioridades y ajustar los mecanismos de prevención, monitoreo y recuperación ante una falla o desastre; establecer una estrategia de tecnología vinculada a la estrategia de negocio para minimizar daños en caso de incidencia.

**Las principales responsabilidades son**:

- Definición de SLA’s/KPI’s y asegurar con los equipos su cumplimiento.
- Seguimiento de los requisitos de disponibilidad y continuidad del servicio y revisados a intervalos planificados, teniendo en cuenta los SLA.
- Elaboración de informes y reporting periódico.
- Apoyar a los equipos N1 y N2 en el día a día.
- Diseño e implantación de proyectos.
- Definir, planificar y aplicar un plan de mejora continua del servicio.
- Diseño y mantenimiento de los flujos y procesos del modelo operativo.
- Definición y mantenimiento de la documentación técnica.

**Habilidades**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización, gestión del tiempo y liderazgo.
- Amplia experiência en haber trabajado con variedad de tecnologías y sus aplicaciones prácticas para solucionar los requisitos de las áreas de negocio.
- Experiência en coordinación de resolución de incidencias entre diferentes equipos.
- Organización y proactividad.
- **Orientación a resultados.**

**Conocimiento**:

- Grado en ingeniería informática, industrial o similares.
- Más de 6 años de experiência en funciones de supervisión, gestión de servicios y proyectos.
- Experiência en gestión de equipos/personas.
- Experiência en utilización de metodologías ágiles.
- Conocimiento de herramienta Jira y Power-BI.
- Conocimientos en infraestructuras Cloud, Azure o AWS.
- Certificación ITIL.
- Nível de inglés medio o avanzado.
- Valorable experiência previa en sector de pagos.
