Senior IT Coordinator

This role is completely varied requiring technical skills and the ability to interact with senior staff locally and within the group operation, this role will be based mainly onsite at our offices. and will ensure all local IT requests are dealt with alongside the outsourced IT partner, requiring someone who can work autonomously, with the support of their international colleagues in the wider group IT team - The position has no line management responsibilities

Due to the nature of the position, you must be able to speak both English & Spanish.

**The role**
- Creating and maintaining documentation relating to local configurations, mapping, processes, and service records.
- Analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; developing and implementing strategies to improve or further leverage these systems with Group IT.
- Making sure business as usual is done in an efficient way, reflecting Group IT policy & procedure.
- Providing guidance and working with Group IT to resolve escalations.
- Project manage small sized projects, providing local assistance with medium/ large projects managed by Group Change.

**Desired skills and experience**
- Previous experience in leading and/or supporting successful projects, preferably in financial services
- Experience with ITIL processes and/or ITIL Foundation V3 certification
- Proficiency and aptitude in information system technologies and computer sciences
- Understanding of data exchange and integration formats including XML, JSON, and SOAP
- Developing process flow diagrams and systems documentation
- Working with senior management, able to challenge
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
