Buscamos un Especialista de Soporte y Servicios IT (IT Service Coordinator) que reportará al Administrador de Sistemas y será la persona de referencia para los usuarios en la gestión de aplicaciones y servicios del puesto de trabajo. El rol combina soporte avanzado, coordinación con proveedores y participación en proyectos de mejora, con el objetivo de garantizar un servicio IT de calidad y una experiencia óptima para los usuarios. Sus responsabilidades incluirán la gestión de incidencias abiertas, la escalada a proveedores o especialistas cuando sea necesario, la implantación de nuevas infraestructuras y la colaboración en proyectos de mejora del negocio. También dará apoyo en tareas de compras e inventario de activos, así como en la aplicación de medidas de ciberseguridad que afectan al usuario final. Este rol requiere un perfil con sólidos conocimientos técnicos, capacidad organizativa, empatía con los usuarios y habilidades para trabajar en paralelo en diferentes ámbitos, siempre en coordinación con el resto del equipo IT. TareasGestionar el área de soporte a usuario: seguimiento de incidencias, identificación de puntos débiles y propuesta de mejoras. Garantizar la disponibilidad, rendimiento y correcto funcionamiento de las infraestructuras, aplicaciones y redes de servicio a usuario. Recomendar actualizaciones o nuevas implantaciones y coordinar con proveedores su ejecución. Mantener el inventario de activos y dar apoyo en la gestión administrativa de pedidos y facturas de su área. Elaborar y actualizar manuales y procedimientos operativos. Gestionar datos relacionados con aplicaciones y procesos en coordinación con las áreas de negocio, GDPR y calidad. Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares IT corporativos.Colaborar en la aplicación de medidas de ciberseguridad que afectan al usuario final, en coordinación con el Administrador de Sistemas y el CISO. RequisitosIngeniería o ingeniería técnica en IT, Telecomunicaciones o carrera técnica equivalente. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar. Conocimientos sólidos en equipos, redes y dispositivos de usuario (ordenadores, tablets, teléfonos). Conocimientos generales de infraestructuras virtuales y servidores Windows/Linux. Experiencia en gestión de Active Directory. Experiencia en implantación de nuevas infraestructuras y equipamientos. Capacidad analítica y de resolución de incidencias. Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de coordinación, mostrando empatía y comprensión ante las incidencias de los usuarios. Imprescindible: catalán y castellano a nivel nativo/profesional, inglés a nivel profesional (mínimo B2).
