**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Primary responsibilities and duties of the **Customer Service lead Development Representative** will include:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Own and manage pipeline in our CRM platform.
- Generate and maintain your leads pipeline using a multi-channel approach to network and build key relationships with potential clients.
- Utilise deep prospecting and qualifying techniques to enable a personalised approach to engaging prospects.
- Prospect and build new sales opportunities.
- Own and manage pipeline in our CRM platform.

**REQUIREMENTS, DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Energetic, consistent approach to achieve high performance goals.
- Ability to organise, establish priorities and respond to customer requests.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- English and Spanish minimum, any other additional language will be a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills including CRM software. Ability to learn and use new technology.
- On-site Work - No Remote.

**WE OFFER**
- Salary-based compensation + uncapped monthly bonus - the more success you have, the more you earn.
- The position is open for immediate hiring.
- Working time: From 10.00 to 18.00h, Monday to Friday.
