Swedish-speaking Digital Advertising Sales Executive

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Working Hours**: 39 hours per week, Monday-Friday

**Salary**: €25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470 gross/year bonus
**Relocation Package**: Flight to Barcelona + 1 month accommodation + relocation support

We are looking for a **Swedish-speaking Digital Advertising Sales Executive** to join an international team based in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and developing new advertising clients across digital platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions and build long-term client relationships.

This position combines **Business Development, full-cycle Sales, and early-stage Account Management**.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential advertising clients through outbound prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and advertising goals
- Deliver tailored sales pitches and advertising proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Support new clients during the onboarding phase
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimisation insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- **Fluent Swedish and advanced English**:

- Previous experience in sales (Business Development, Account Executive, or Account Management)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, or social media platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Highly organised and comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
