**YOUR TASKS**

Our Warehouse Administrative is responsible for administratively receive all the necessary materials in the Plant and once transformed into Finished Products, as well as to dispatch these according to the administrative procedures and transport regulations to ensure the supply of the products to our customers in compliance with their requirements. To strengthen our Team we are looking for a Warehouse Administrative with following tasks:

- Editing the Pickings for the daily preparations via SAP options
- Transfer of the daily output forecasts to the corresponding transports
- Closing and dispatching of all daily dispatches, as well as Closing OF's of relabelled goods in stock in the Warehouse
- Performing all CMR's on all international transports
- Search and edit Safety Data Sheets (DGD's + MSDS's) on all necessary shipments
- Management of all container return movement also through the Ax4 platform
- Control of scale weighing also for all waste and tanks of the 2BA2 entity
- Prepare all special documents required by the different customs offices
- Editing the daily Kanban for Production supply
- Requesting quotations from the agencies when there is an urgent need to ship any product
- Requisitioning of all consumables in Warehouse via ARIBA
- Archiving of all necessary and generated documents (OF’s, pickings, delivery notes, shipments)

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Experience in Management secretarial and Warehouse in a manufacturing company
- Proficient in office automation packages
- Profund knowledge of ARIBA and SAP
- Desirable: knowledge/experience in marketing, advanced training
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
