Reporting to the Operations Director France-Iberia Branches, the Alcalá Plant Manager oversees manufacturing, production, and warehouse operations. The role ensures efficient production scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Additionally, the manager drives continuous improvement, ensures alignment with demand requirements, and leads the local team to optimize performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **
Shopfloor & Warehouse Management**- Oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety compliance.
- ** QC Lab & Manufacturing Technology Management**- Supervise quality control and technological improvements to enhance productivity.
- ** Strategic Oversight** - Ensure compliance with financial, HR, supply chain, and EHS policies while representing the site in legal, administrative, and governmental matters.
- ** Decision-Making & Problem-Solving** - Act independently with mínimal supervision, resolving complex issues and aligning site operations with business goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years in operational management and leadership.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Spanish, with a strong English proficiency.
