Por eso buscamos un
**New Business Formats & Contract Management Mgr **para unirse al equipo de Group Network Management, el cual se encargará de gestionar y supervisar los cambios en los Contratos y del Contrato de Importador de las Marcas VW, LCV, Audi y Skoda, así como asegurar la firma de los Contratos con la Red en tiempo y forma, supervisando aspectos de tipo legal, (relacionados con peticiones de la Comisión de la Competencia, Demandas, etc) en coordinación con los Servicios Jurídicos y las otras Marcas / GAS de VGED.
**¿Como será tu día a día?**
- Realizar el seguimiento de los KPIS de Control, analizar el potencial de crecimiento estableciendo las acciones necesarias para alcanzar la máxima aceptación de la Redes, contribuir a maxificar rentabilidad del canal y aportar soluciones que mejoren el rendimiento de forma continua.
- Desarrollar y coordinar la implantación en la Redes de concesionarios de las Marcas VW, LCV, Skoda y Audi los Programas de Eficiencia Energética.
- Gestionar al proveedor, cuantificar y difundir los resultados de ahorro.
- Coordinar con GAS la implantación de los Programas Reducción de Emisiones (Way to Zero, etc).
- Promover el Programa en las Redes de Concesionarios de las marcas.
- Coordinar la implantación de la Estrategia de electrificación de las Marcas de VGED y GAS. Obtener sinergias en el criterio de implantación en la Red.
- Colaborar para Asegurar el cumplimento Normativo del BPDD Controlar y Gestionar el presupuesto de Operaciones Central.
- Gestionar y controlar la situación jurídico-legal y contractual de la Red de Concesionarios para todas las marcas y GAS.
- Negociar los cambios contractuales necesarios con la Marca / GAS (VGED), HQ.
- Implementar las acciones necesarias coordinando a las marcas para conseguir la firma de la Red en tiempo y forma.
- Contactar con la Red para recabar la información necesaria para los cambios de los contratos e implementar los cambios.
- Supervisar y asesorar a la Gerencia de Operaciones Red sobre la situación legal y contractual entre la Red de Concesionarios y Servicios Oficiales de VGED.
- Colaborar en el mantenimiento de una adecuada Base de Datos de los Concesionarios y Servicios Oficiales.
