Our materials, from digital to manipulative ones, facilitate the assessment and the personalization of learning in the 21st-century classroom. More than 210,000 students from 1,200 different schools use our teaching and learning materials every day and this revolution has only just begun... We need you to make it global **Company situation** Innovamat is a didactic proposal with: - More than 1,200 schools working with us in Spain - A gamified platform that allows individualized learning so each student can keep up with it - More than 5000 resources that help improve maths learning - A network of experts who train and advise teachers on the didactics of mathematics - Many opportunities to have a direct impact on our educational system. **Your mission **‍‍** - You will be working on the product strategy for new users. Your mission: activate them so they turn into recurring engaged users. - Define and develop the requirements and the strategy for the new features, collaborating with the Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams. - Guide the Engineering team in the development of new functionalities while effectively communicating the product requirements. - Help develop prototypes and concepts. - Build user stories and manage the backlog of each sprint using the agile development framework. - Monitor product usage metrics by collecting information to propose improvements. - Collaborate with the entire Product team to develop a long-term product vision and roadmap. **Day-to-day life at Innovamat** We improve our product iteratively and incrementally following the mantra: "Quality is non-negotiable". For this reason, we believe a strong team-working philosophy is a key to achieving all our big challenges. **Who are you**: - Ability to empathize with users, identify opportunities and build a product that answers to those opportunities. - A proactive mindset that seeks out challenges rather than waiting for problems to come to you. - 2+ years’ experience as a product owner/manager. - A genuine interest in improving K-12 education for all students - Healthy obsession for delivery and impact. - Good communication skills with technical and design teams. - Experience working in agile software development environments such as Scrum. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross departmental boundaries **Nice to have** - Background in growth, business analysis, or marketing is welcome. - Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Shortcut. - Experience in coordinating projects with multiple people working remotely. - Experience in a product-led growth SAAS company. - Fluent in Spanish and English. **What can you expect from us** - The opportunity to transform the education sector and see how children rediscover mathematics and become passionate about it - Training and growth plan in a young, enthusiastic and dynamic environment. - Indefinite contract - Remote-friendly and flexible timetable - Team building days - All the coffee, water, milk and/or tea, separately or mixed, that you can drink ;) - An environment and team which care a lot about: - Teamwork - Communication based on honesty and respect - The feeling of belonging - Intensity, pace, and being self-demanding.
