So your voice will matter too. **At first, your mission will be to provide support to our users**, as well as helping with content tasks and improving our service. Ideally,** you'll work 5 days a week, 2 of those days will be Saturday and Sunday. It will be required to work holidays as well**. We wish to provide customer service 7 days a week, and your work will be crucial for our team. On a day-to-day basis, you will always be supported and backed by your colleagues and in constant communication about the organisation and planning in daily meetings with your team, and about our direction as a company with other departments in regular meetings. The definition of the team's tasks and objectives are usually the responsibility of the Lead Team, but **everything is decided and done as a team. A cohesive team is our main value**. So don't be surprised if opportunities for growth open up. **Requirements**: To be able to work in our team, it is essential that you have: - At least **1 year of experience in customer service.** - Able to work weekends and holidays (you will have 2 days off) (mandatory) - **You are proficient in customer service tools and Microsoft Office** (in case it wasn't obvious ). - High level of English, French or Italian (C1 or higher) - High level of Spanish - Ability to **work in a team** - **Agile** and decisive **mentality** In addition to this, we will value very positively: - **Other languages at a high level like French or Italian will be highly valued** - Ability to work under pressure - You are able to adapt to change - You are a good listener and proactive - You are willing to take on new challenges
