Do you want to be a Diver? Just take a look and give us a call if you have AI technologies We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager to be a part of our AI platform team. We are looking for a motivated Manager who pays attention to detail, identifies innovative business opportunities and is not afraid of challenges.
- You organize face-to-face or online product demonstrations and advanced training sessions. Keep track of our existing client base and generate new sales by upselling our products according to the client’s needs.
- Contract negotiation, maintaining a balance between optimal service, value for the client and our client's profit margins.
- Together with the team, you help building and adjusting the vision for the sales team. You build and execute a business development plan to achieve business aims and the sales targets, develop innovative strategies to maximize results and identify shortfalls in the process. This all aiming at process improvements.
- Attend meetings, (inter)national conferences and organize regional road shows as required. You are the middleman between our client and our Product Development team. You will provide client feedback to this team so products can be reviewed in line with the feedback.

**The expertise we’re looking for**:

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Economics or other relevant fields.
- You have 4-5 years relevant experience in business development strategies and complex sales processes in big companies.
- You have at least 5 years experience in platform´s/ solutions's sales
- You have a good experience and knowledge of Retail Tech area, 4.0 industry or security
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in negotiation and agreements closure
- You have high level of spoken English (B2-C1)
- Readiness to travel
