Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:
You will be in charge of SAP BASIS maintenance services and work closely with customers in the SAP BASIS support team. You will perform monitoring and troubleshooting actions on SAP systems and implement periodic service tasks such as updates, patches and upgrades.

What we need to see from you:
3+ years of experience as SAP BASIS Consultant/Administrator.- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Basis technologies.- SAP Technology Associate /Professional certificate.
- Configuration, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of SAP environments.

**Previous experience in**:

- System upgrades and configuration of HANA and Oracle DBs.
- Experience with BTP Identity Services and SSO configurations.
- Knowledge of Solution Manager and Cloud ALM.
- Knowledge/Experience in performance tuning, User Management.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong service attitude: customer satisfaction oriented and results oriented.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to work freely and collaboratively with a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to the objectives of the organization.
