**DESCRIPTION**

PeopleSoft is the accounting tool of AXA Partners which manage account payables, account receivables and General Ledger. It is deployed in 8 countries and interfaced with 10 CMS and banks.
As a IT PeopleSoft Expert, you will be part of the Central IT PeopleSoft team which ensure that PeopleSoft is running properly and is correctly configured to respond to the business need.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Engage closely with business teams in delivering the projects, small changes and BAU releases.
- Collect, challenge, facilitate and document business requirements as well as define business specifications and requirements.
- Review requirements and/or specifications with the development team to ensure understanding and challenge their propositions.
- Support production end users by resolving issues or providing new enhancements.
- Assist in providing support of the PeopleSoft data model to the internal reporting teams.
- Build SQL queries. Deliver both simple and complex report solutions to PeopleSoft Finance users with nVision reporting and query manager.
- Lead, participate and assist with coordination of testing for any proposed updates or additions to Finance system.
- Collaborate with PeopleSoft developers in the deployment of interfaces by participating to the projects, validating the requirements and the tests.
- Monitor that interfaces related to PeopleSoft entities run properly and communicates on test environment updates, database unavailability, maintenance timeframe and freeze period.
- Communicate with internal customers around PeopleSoft IT-related issues, solve them or follow the resolution by the technical team.
- Communicate with tools interfaced with PeopleSoft about IT-related issues, solve them or follow the resolution by the technical team.
- Ensure the constant update of local IT cartographies for PeopleSoft interfaces.
- In coordination with AGO technical team and central Finance, clearly express product backlog items and prioritize items to best achieve goals and missions
- Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed with test criteria and definition of done clearly identified.
- Contributes to analysis and recommendations relating to performance and/or capacity of systems to ensure reliability for current and/or future use.
- Train end-users on PeopleSoft standard or customized functionalities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in PeopleSoft ideally in major and multi-cultural organizations.
- Very good knowledge of PeopleSoft Modules GL, AP, AR and BI.
- PeopleSoft development tools, languages, and integration technologies BI Publisher Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL with a good knowledge of PeopleSoft data model.
- Experience with large-scale accounting system implementation project involving large numbers of users and multiple locations.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Experience in Insurance/Assistance companies would be appreciated.
- Skills and Abilities- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to write functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to challenge technical team on their proposition of solution based on the specification.
- Working with Agile mindset in an international, multicultural and complex environment (English is mandatory).
- Ability to handle multiple work priorities, organize and plan and work on multiple projects.
- Shifts among different support and project roles as required by situation.
- Team oriented with the ability to engage with multiple teams working remotely in a large organization.
- Ability to work independently and perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
- Must have familiarity with Analyst methodologies—use Cases, Business Rule Development, User Interface Specifications, Functional Specifications.
- Ability to independently identify and solve complex production problems.
- Ability to lead resolution of an issue with the technical team and to communicate of the progress with the business until resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to facilitate meetings and document notes.
